Director
Jem Patel leads a dynamic team at PixelGlo and serves as the head of JSP Pixel Media, which encompasses JSP Media Group and Patient Lounge TV.
With a strong foundation in television, Jem began his career as a runner for the BBC before landing his "big break" in 2002 as a TV Presenter on the UK’s first ever gaming channel. This milestone marked the start of an exciting TV presenting journey that shaped his passion for media production and digital signage.
Today, Jem brings his creative vision and hands on expertise to every project, combining his film making skills with a flair for producing captivating videos. His passion for video production is the perfect complement to the world of digital signage, enabling businesses to showcase their products and services through innovative, professional content that keeps viewers engaged and inspired.
Steve Glenister
Chief Technical Officer
Steve Glenister is the Chief Technical Officer at PixelGlo, bringing decades of experience in software development and digital innovation to the team.
Steve began his career as an Embedded Developer, where he spent 5 years working on an industry standard A84 digital switcher. His expertise then took him to Discreet Logic, where he contributed as an Application Developer for 3 years, playing a key role in the development of the Oscar-winning Flint/Flame visual effects software.
Before joining PixelGlo, Steve served as CTO for a leading company in gym TV and digital signage, where he drove innovative projects that redefined the space. His deep understanding of technology and his ability to create impactful solutions have been integral to transforming the digital signage industry.
At PixelGlo, Steve combines his technical prowess with a forward thinking approach to deliver innovative and reliable solutions that help businesses shine in today’s digital first world.
Jonathan Robinson
Cloud and Development Specialist
Jonathan Robinson is a key member of the PixelGlo team, bringing years of expertise in cloud infrastructure, full-stack development and customer support to the company’s innovative digital signage solutions.
Jon has spent much of his career dedicated to refining and enhancing digital signage services and back-end solutions, ensuring they deliver seamless performance and an outstanding user experience. While he leaves the creative design to others, his technical expertise ensures that designers have the tools and systems they need to produce their best work.
Outside of work, Jon is a passionate football fan and a devoted guitarist, finding inspiration in the energy of heavy metal riffs. This blend of technical mastery and creative spirit drives his approach to problem solving and innovation, making him an invaluable part of the PixelGlo team.

Sanjay has been celebrated as one of the world’s 6 best photographers by Professional Photographer Magazine and is known for his ability to craft imagery that captivates and inspires.

As an Ambassador for Canon UK and a Global Brand Ambassador for several leading companies, Sanjay brings a wealth of creative insight to the design and execution of PixelGlo’s projects.
With a career decorated by over 100 international awards and extensive experience judging the world’s largest photography competitions, Sanjay’s approach combines technical expertise with innovative thinking.
